We take measurements of your house and provide you with a quote.
Discuss your brief with you in detail and put your ideas into an initial design drawing.
We draw up submissions for council planning permission.
We draw up detailed plans and agree them with you. This can include dealing with structural engineering and party wall issues.
We ask for 5%-10% of the build project upfront. We then draw down on this initial payment to ensure that both you and we are protected.
You hold back 5% of the payment until completion of the project and 2.5% back for six months after the project has completed.
