A Chelsea based renovation and rebuild

We were asked to completely renovate this Chelsea home and rebuild the front elevation and bay window to increase the usability and space of the building and allow more natural light in.

An additional window was added to the 1st and 2nd floor front elevation to make the property look more balanced and symmetrical whilst allowing more light into the property.

The central bedroom on the first floor was converted into a walk in wardrobe and master ensuite with Marble slab walls and floors.

New timber bi-fold doors were added to the kitchen with underfloor heating and herringbone and tiled floor throughout the ground floor.

Built in storage was added for all of the bedrooms and living space to make the property and was rewired, re plumbed and redecorated from top to bottom.

Adding the windows to the front elevation made the property look more attractive from the street and made the entire building feel bigger, brighter and airier.

Our highlights of this project are the Herringbone floor, the walk in wardrobe, the marble slabs and the kitchen.
