A full renovation from top to bottom

We were approached by our client to update their property that had already had a ground floor extension but it didn’t work for our clients. The property was fully renovated from top to bottom.

The entire property was stripped back to brick internally.

Chimney breasts removed at the back of the house and the existing studwalls taken out to allow for unlimited remodeling.

The reception room was made narrower to allow for deep coat and shoe storage when you enter the property and a downstairs loo hidden behind the panelling.

The middle reception room is usually compromised somehow when the side return is carried out as it loses its natural light.
