A full renovation from top to bottom

We were approached by our client to update their property that had already had a ground floor extension but it didn’t work for our clients. The property was fully renovated from top to bottom.

The entire property was stripped back to brick internally.

Chimney breasts removed at the back of the house and the existing studwalls taken out to allow for unlimited remodeling.

The reception room was made narrower to allow for deep coat and shoe storage when you enter the property and a downstairs loo hidden behind the panelling.

“Bloom were a pleasure to work with… everything went to plan and it’s down to good team work”

Karine, Abbeville Road

The kitchen was installed in the central reception room and the rear of the property became all living space.

“Clever positioning of the kitchen in the centre of the house made good use of every inch of space.”

Ross Malone, Bloom

The middle reception room is usually compromised somehow when the side return is carried out as it loses its natural light.

There are solutions to this and putting the kitchen there is a great option.

By placing the kitchen into this area, you are forcing yourself to make full and constant use of the middle reception room and allowing the entire back of the property to be used for living and entertaining.
